Mailing list question

Hello

I have this problem:
I got lot of emails to moderate because non subscribers emails (99%) needs
to be moderated, I do the configuration change (reject non subscribers) in
mailman but doesn't work, I think Mozilla is using a cron script to
maintain this option enabled.

I want this:
An email filter can solve my personal problem but i want to solve "the
problem", in my opinion is better to setup the reject as default for
community mailing lists because check 99 spam emails to find one that is
not spam doesn't make sense for community mailman admins because we are
volunteers, is not nice lost our time.

My question:
I know that I need to create a bug, but what product and component I have
to use in this bug?

I got the same problem: https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=953264

After a short while my Gmail spam filter learned that these moderator
requests were spam, so now I just ignore them. Hopefully the spam filter
will not start thinking that real mail from Mozilla's mailing list
server is also spam.
