Fellow member of Mozilla Slovenija Žiga Milek wrote a detailed article
about Conversion Rate Optimization on mozilla.si that should be interesting
for Mozilla communities in general.

It's a rather long but very useful reading on adapting your site to your
visitor's needs.

Good formatting, awesome content.
