Call for participation: Community Management Tool

Hello Mozillians,

We're at Grow project discussing about taking the contribution stats &
metrics (Dashboards <https://wiki.mozilla.org/Contribute#Dashboards>) one
step further towards the management tools, which can effectively help
support the diverse community's staffs & (more importantly*) volunteers to
work seamlessly.

* More important because, staffs usually go through on-boarding procedure,
but Volunteers often don't, and nobody closely manages their project
activities; among other reasons.

In order to proceed, we need ideas, inspirations, suggestions & feedback.
We are using
https://etherpad.mozilla.org/volunteer-recruiting-recognition-requirements (
*check at the bottom*) to dump all the tools & features which are useful
for the task; but feel free to discuss them in this thread as well.

We've also discovered, there are fairly similar efforts going on in the
local-communities, to manage themselves better; it'll be great to list them
there & have them in the team as well.

A few more things,

*Who should be interested in this?*

* Anyone helping his community to organise.
* Anyone interested in a better way to communicate between communities
and between employees and volunteers.
* Anyone maintaining his community site.

*Action items*

Before the meeting we really need to fill the list of management tools
we know and like with their top features and similar efforts on building
a management site inside mozilla and its communities.
