[ Events ] MozCoffee - Mozilla Kerala 7th Anniversary Celebrations

Hello Mozillians,

I hope you guys are doing well. This is to inform
that we will be having a MozCoffee on 8th September 2019 as part of
Mozilla Kerala 7th Anniversary Celebrations. The exact location of the
event has not been confirmed, this doc [1] is to know the count of
participants for the mozcoffee. We will inform the exact location by coming
Friday [6th September 2019 ] evening .so please register yourself here[1]
and wait for the confirmation mail/call. Hoping to see you all and let's
initiate plans and rock the Mozilla Kerala 7th Anniversary Celebrations.

First off, congratulations on organizing this event. It's great to know
that the community is still striving forward. Keep it up. Let the events
keep happening.

While I'd love to be a part of this meetup, unfortunately, I made other
plans for the weekend since this was on short notice. I know I haven't
really involved myself in the community lately. And believe me, I want to
too; but my employment has taken up a lot of my time making it very
difficult to get involved with the community. Please know that my support
will always be there when you need it. I'll just be an email away.

I think making this event an invite-only event is kind of unfair
considering it is only a MozCoffee / meetup / hangout. I think we should
let anyone interested, participate. Who knows, maybe we might find people
who might be the leaders of tomorrow.

Also, having 2 forms for RSVP ( the google form and the RSVP page on
events.mozilla.org; not considering the Reps event page ) is also redundant
in my opinion.

All of this is just my opinion. Ultimately, it's the discretion of the
organizers to decide.

PS : Extra brownie points for using this mailing list. It has been dormant
for quite a long time. Please remember to post to this mailing list when we
have other events as well.
