Hivisasa is one of the amazing startups in Kenya. While news is readily
available in the major cities (Mombasa, Kisumu and Nairobi) — very little
is reported about what's happening in the 50+ counties. Hivisasa changes
this by empowering citizen journalism on a county level — with a model that
pays writers who's pieces are accepted.
