Hi i am in btech 2nd year CSE and i am currently working with web
development and want to learn cloud computing can anyone please suggest
where to begin.

There are two famous cloud platforms most demanding in Industry: AWS and Openstack. Unfortunately, cloud is the thing you can only understand when you set or use it by your own.
So first of all start with simple tutorial:
