Drumbeat launch plan - early draft

Hey all

Dharmista and a bunch of others have been working on a rough 'launch
plan' here:

This is mostly around content, writing and publicity for when we turn up
the volume on Drumbeat in May.

The plan is to use this plus Matt's roadmap as a discussion guide on our
calls during the next few weeks.
