A successful workshop was run

Hey Everyone,

The workshop materials are now up and ready for hacking, contribution, and issue-filing. See http://lsblakk.github.io/dice-workshop/ for the new landing page.

I just ran this workshop today with 13 people in Portland at the North American Reps meetup. It was a great success and I’ve got a lot of new ideas and feedback to incorporate (and surely more to come).

You’ll probably see some new names around this list and possibly in the wiki as I put links to those materials up at the end of the workshop to drive more people to help out if they want to.

Lukas,

I was happy to be at this presentation today and I felt it was quite successful. One thing that one other participant and I discussed today is the thought that this workshop provides context that is highly relevant to what Mozillians are going through right now. Do people in this community feel like it would be appropriate to try to do some rounds of this workshop in some larger way soon, to help us think about our commonalities and differences constructively?

I would love to get to do this workshop, similar to TRIBE, where we could get people to sign up and show up and then hold it with groupings of - say - 25 people each time and get a lot more people a) taking time to look at this stuff and b) gathering up more interest in other leaders/contributors to the alternate questions & localized content.

Not sure what the next action is here though - Dino? Thoughts?
