Hello :-)

I am writing to you from the SUpport MOzilla community. We are trying to
find answers to a few questions about community support that local
communities provide to users around the world.

If you could answer the questions below, it would be of great help to us.

1. Where do you usually send people who need help with using Firefox:
support.mozilla.org or mozilla-hispano.org
<https://www.mozilla-hispano.org/>? Why?
2. How many requests for help do you get during the week that a Firefox
release happens? Do you get a similar number of questions when there is no
release happening?
3. Do you know any Mozilla product or community resources you would like
to share with other communities? Please add them to our list
<https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1NQ-JqPuAn_jpFmXRqY6Q1in3RyRnPzzDXMG6ws1J-78/edit#gid=0>
.

4. What is the state of your community? Are you actively looking for new
members? Do you organize meetings or collaborate online? Do you need help
to grow and act?
5. Where can we find you actively posting online? Facebook? Blogger?
Wordpress? Twitter? Anywhere else?

Thank you in advance for your answers.

If you have any questions about our team or how to get involved, let me
know.

Cheers,
Michał
