Hi all,

We had another very "chaotic" meeting but once again we came away with some
really great stuff. Here are the notes and we'll post some follow ups
about some specific discussions and tasks to continue, but please feel free
to ask questions about anything from the notes in the mean time.

Next meeting:

April 4th - Unless there are objects or conflicts we're going to have
meetings on the 1st Wednesday of the month at the Mozilla Toronto office.
More to follow on the format of the meetings, since we're using a community
space there are possibilities to discuss like broadcasting on Air Mozilla.

We had a few action items from the meeting that I want to recap on the
list, but they're fairly limited in scope so I'll just bring them up here
rather than starting new threads:

* encourage the employees at the Toronto office to let us know about events
the community is invited to so we can attend/invite others to attend
** this fits in with jlin's work duties, so he will take point on getting a
list of events
** ideally we can have a public calendar of events in the Toronto community
space

* Identify more people that are already part of the Mozilla community and
invite them to identify themselves as part of our group
** hopefully people on this list can make suggestions and help us reach out
** etherpad to brainstorm individuals and orgs to reach out to
https://mozillianstoronto.etherpad.mozilla.org/localmozillians

*We also briefly discussed IRC but it didn't make it on the notes
** We should make an outline of what we'd like to use an IRC channel for
and approach the people in #toronto if this fits with how they're using the
channel or if we should start our own
** Great if the channels merge, but I also think it's good to have a
channel for things going on related to the office, they might not fit in
one place
** etherpad https://mozillianstoronto.etherpad.mozilla.org/IRC

We touched on a couple other things, but they should come after we settle
the mission of the group, see the relevant thread on this list!

One more thing which I'll nest in this thread. Someone made a Mozillians
group on Meet-up so I started us a Toronto group and filled in the info for
the April meeting http://www.meetup.com/Mozillians/

Do they stream from inside the Toronto space to Air Mozilla?

I found a bugzilla query to list Air Mozilla events (it's actually shared
under preferences), but they all seem to be coming from SF. I think ideally
we want to automate this as much as we can. Sadly, Google Calendar cannot
import bugzilla's ical files properly :(

Not sure if it's worth breaking down the calendar into two different
calendars - one for Moz and non-Moz sponsored events. Though thinking about
it some more, there is enough overlap that I don't think it would introduce
any problems.
