Community building and the Belgium Community

Hello,

Ziggy, Benoit and I met each other at FOSDEM 2016 and we are really
motivated to build a stronger community in Belgium.

At this end, I took contact with Francisco Picolini who agreed to sponsor a
permanent Vidyo room for us. I'll keep you all informed about the progress.

I think it could also be interesting to ask for a Belgium category on
Mozilla Community Discourse.
https://discourse.mozilla-community.org/c/communities . However i don't
really know who i'm supposed to ask and if it's OK with everyone.

I would also like to remember you that we have a Github organization
https://github.com/orgs/Mozilla-Belgium/ which we can use for any code but
also to do non-code related issue tracking.

At this end, i'll create a specific repository with a README.md and will
refuse every pull request non related to that file.

And for interested people, there is an irc room on irc.mozilla.org but i
don't remember which one it is, so i'll wait for Benoit to send it there.

Sorry for the late follow up, I have been occupied elsewhere… I just wanted to put it out there that I’m looking into a the possibility of having a meetup here in Ghent. Lets do a call soon and see if this would be beneficial to us as a community.
