আমি সাইমুম সাফায়েত আকাশ বলছি ইউ আই ইউ এর পক্ষ থেকে।
আমরা ১৭ অথবা ১৮ জুন মজিলার অনুষ্ঠানটি করতে ইচ্ছুক। সেক্ষেত্রে আমরা আপনাদের
মতামত জানতে আগ্রহী। আহসান ভাইয়া ১৬ তারিখের কথা আমাদের বলেছিলেন। কিন্তু
সেইদিন অনার্স লেভেলের সকল ক্লাস বন্ধ থাকে। তো সেক্ষেত্রে শুক্র ও শনিবার
বাদে যে কোন দিন আমরা অনুষ্ঠানটি করতে পারি ।

তোমাদের সুবিধা অনুযায়ী আয়োজন করো, ১৭ বা ১৮ জুন। আমি থাকতে পারবো, আশা করি।
যদি না কেউ ঝামেলা পাকায়(!) শেষ পর্যন্ত। বিশ্ববিদ্যালয় কর্তৃপক্ষের সাথে কথা
হয়ে থাকলে, বিস্তারিত পরিকল্পান করা যেতে পারে। অথবা পরিকল্পনা হয়ে থাকলে
এখানো জানাতে পারো।

:-) How the name is compiled? I guess we won't have any hacking activity on
that day. I would request to concise a better name that reflects event in
University.

name from Michelle's blog, is working for Mozilla as a global event
strategist. Take a look at the list of mozilla event menu [1].

Wow! great things happen in great organization. For this I like Mozilla,
always there's creative ideas. I like the Event Menu idea. This is awesome,
things will be much easier for Mozillians to arrange events.

As said in the event menu, "A simple learning activity adaptable for the
classroom, a workshop, or similar environment. Suitable for one-offs or
part of a curriculum. 15min - 2 hour, frequently. We need to tune our event
schedule a bit more to fit with this definition and keep the event name *
Hactivity*.

For UIU আকাশ can guide us, what kind of talks his University Participants
might expect from Mozilla Bangladesh.

I vote for the name, "*Hactivity*".

Ok, I think the current topics are interesting enough. But still i
have to discuss about it with Our dept. head sir. If we want to add
anything new,we will inform as early as possible.

Dear Ahsan (and all),

In the last event preparation meeting, I was assigned to design the UIU
Event banner. I did some RnD tonight and last night and ended up with an
issue with the event name. I've gone through *Michelle Thorne*'s blog once
again and read carefully to found it's a draft idea which she suggested for
Mozilla Foundation. She blogged this on 3rd January this Year and there is
no updates from her.

That's why I couldn't found any existing resources (visuals, graphics) on
any event named, Hacktivity from Mozillians. Do you (all) think we should
go ahead this this name or pick a different one.

Hi all,

On the last meeting we did some plan about UIU event.

So where is our stands now?

Here is my review:

1. Draft banner design is done :-)
2. Poster is not ready.
3. Campaign probably not yet started yet as poster is not yet ready.
But we are running out of time.
4. SWAG:
I found no swag bug filled (most probably for lack of time).
I got my swag for the AUB event yesterday (without any customs hassle).
So I'm proposing for sharing 50 Stickers, 5 Lanyard (depends of number
of volunteers), 15 Bracelet & 20 Small Button Badge from my stock.
5. Snacks? ping @ Akash
6. Any update about discussion list & content?

One more thing, what about the proposed meeting dated on June 15th 2012. No
update found yet. I think there should have some meeting before that event.

দিয়েছে ১৮ই জুন বিকাল ৪:৩০ টা। এমতবস্থায় আমার অনেক ইচ্ছা এবং আগ্রহ থাকা
