আমি সাইমুম বলছি ইউ আই ইউ থেকে। এবার ব্র্যাক বিশ্ববিদ্যালয়ে Mozilla
Awareness নামের যে সেমিনারটি হয়ে গেল সেখানে কন্ট্রিবিউটর হিসেবে অংশ
নিয়েছিলাম। সেখানে আশিকুর নূর ভাই আমাদের বিশ্ববিদ্যালয় ইউ আই ইউ তেও এরকম
একটি অনুষ্ঠান করার আগ্রহ প্রকাশ করেন। তো আমি ইউ আই ইউ কম্পিউটার ক্লাবের
সাথে কথা বলেছি । তারাও এ ব্যাপারে আগ্রহ দেখিয়েছে । কিন্তু তারা একটা ইভেন্ট
ডিটেইলস বা প্রোপজাল লেটার চাচ্ছে।

আপনি কি আমাকে এই ব্যাপারে একটু সাহায্য করবেন ??

আমাকে যদি একটা ইভেন্ট ডিটেইলস পাঠাতে পারেন তাহলে খুব ভাল হয় ।

We have a template[0] ready for this purpose. We can send a mail based on
that templates any moment. In case the University authority wants a formal
printed letter, we have to discuss some issues.

The event and it's details depends on the resources available form the
University. How many students may attend, when the university can allow us
to organize the event. In general there would be talks on Mozilla and it's
various projects like. 4/5 talks of 10 to 15 minutes each. QA session at
the end and couple of other activities and refreshment if possible. As
you've attended the BRAC University event, let us know if you liked the
format or want to add something more. Since it's an University we can
present Student ReMo project. We can give a talk on Mozilla localization
project too.

Ok,I think the format is all right. But it will be great if we give more
attention in code contribution as most of the participants will be from CSE
background.

Actually UIU Computer Club just want an event details via email.

It is nice to hear that you are interested to contribute towards Mozilla.
We can conduct session on how to contribute towards Mozilla Codebase.

The session may include

- Bug for newcomers.
- Checking out Mercurial repository for source code
- Mozilla style of coding
- Customizing Firefox
- Build Firefox and Thuderbird

and so on.

Actually UIU Computer Club just want an event details via email.
