Hi Sue....
I just received your e-mail
Like you I had a problem too...But my site came good, and I don't know
what happened, I think I had a glitch I thought with my Firewall.
But if your having Problems still I have sent a Tag to the Firefox
repair tool...Click on the Firefox symbol and go from there.

> Hi Listers,Have been trying to locate an email address to ask a question about a problem I am having which I have not been able to find, so thought I would drop a line to your list to see if anyone can help me.I have used Firefox for years with no problems. Yesterday, after 'updates' were loaded, I closed the program & computer down as per normal. Had forgotten to do something on the Internet, so turned the computer back on to bring up Firefox to go to a website. The Firefox site will not open up at all and my screen just comes up with a little box saying:"Firefox. Could not find the Mozilla runtime".Does anyone know how I can fix my computer to run Firefox. I cannot even access any part of Firefox nor Firefox Help file. I have tried so many different ways to access it but to no avail. I am now contemplating going to my Control Panel and deleting Firefox off my computer completely, then perhaps downloading it again. Surely there is an easier way.Would really love some
