The new Thunderbird Issue 31.2.0 that I have downloaded does not
represent the image on the Thunderbird 31.20 website.
I cannot find on the main page Write or New Emails.
I cannot find tools/options in the new Mozilla Thunderbird version 31.2.0

Hi James,
While your email didn't come through to the list with the screen shot
attachment, I can see it attached to the notification sent to the list
moderator. From the image, it looks like the toolbar has been hidden.
You should be able to show it again by right clicking at the top of the
window (somewhere to the right of the "Inbox" tab) and then clicking
"Mail toolbar" from the menu that pops up.
