how do I make a Mozilla account

HI I am completely confused. I downloaded Thunderbird and when I tried to go to help it kept asking me to sign in. I dont’ remember starting an account but gave it three email addresses in the hope that one of them would work. I received nothing.


I cannot see where I can open an account but I already have thunderbird installed on my desktop and have successfully transferred a google account to it from one website I have.


I feel completely frustrated as I cannot get live help to set things up. Can someone give me a link to live help in Australia? I am an Australian citizen in China and have to use the VPN to use thunderbird.


I would appreciate any help at all because I need to get my three websites set up with email and thought thunderbird could be suitable but I cannot find a live help or get my sign in data to work.

It sounds like you're trying to create a new email account of some kind.
Thunderbird is mostly for accessing an existing email account, and it's
not possible to create any kind of "Mozilla account" through it.

Do you have an existing email account that you want to use with
thunderbird, or are you trying to create a new email account from scratch?
