Good morning,

I don't know if this is the correct place for a problem email but there is nothing in support to cover the issue and I cannot find any other email address.

The issue is that that I cannot scroll. My firefox is up to date and I even installed it again. I then took the Mac in for service and was told it was not a Mac problem but a Firefox problem. I have been using Firefox for a long time and prefer it to Safari. However, the problem does not exist with Safari. I have tried using a Mac mouse, trackpad and MS mouse but all have the same problem.

Assistance please.

Many thanks,

Ken Locke

I am not sure what the problem would be, but the first thing I would try
is Firefox’s “refresh” feature. This page explains how:

https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/refresh-firefox-reset-add-ons-and-settings

Refreshing Firefox will reset a bunch of options to their defaults but
will preserve your tabs, saved passwords and history.
