Hey all,
This is amazing and it is great to know that we all share similar thoughts
and the same passion towards a stronger Mozilla presence in Africa. Good
news is that starting this year, there will be more focus on Africa by
Mozilla and key people on these events are Brian King and William Q.
Stephen, awesome work from Kenya on the l10n I look forward to testing a
phone in Swahili soon. Thanks for also taking lead on the EA l10n sprint.
Thank you so much Ibrahima for your insights, they're always wise and
helpful.
Shalk, been a while since the Tech4Africa event in SA. Thanks for sharing
your links, nice content on the site, I could link you to some Mozilla
themes and codebases if you're interested.
Ours are:

Website:

I also wish to inform you that we are organising Mozilla Festival East
Africa (MEA) again this year, check the site
<
http://mozfestea.mozilla-uganda.org> and an overview blog here:
http://lawrencekisuuki.wordpress.com/ Feel free to start a thread here
about it to discuss further. We hoped somehow we could have more
participation from Africa this year.
Action points to maybe follow - up on:
1. Let's set up a monthly call probably starting in March. Any suggestions
on medium like Skype and time/dates?
2. Could someone lead the first call?
3. Could we share about our events and blogs more often here?
4. MozFestEA 2015, any thoughts?
5. More regional events?
Cheers and look forward to hearing from you. Thanks for the Mozilla passion!
