Hey everyone. Hope all of you are doing great.

I am Varun Kaushik, a Mozilla Rep & community builder (well, then youngest Mozilla rep from India).

We've been doing great things for the community.
The name of our local community is : 'Mozilla Community Rajasthan'. We turned 1 today. We've had a glorious year with many many amazing accomplishments in the past 1 year.

And I myself couldn't believe that we achieved all of these things.

I can proudly say that we are one of the most productive community on the world. I totally mean this.

..and you all won't believe the same till you'll see this small and nice presentation which reflect our work and the achievements.

I kindly request you all to have a look and give your feedbacks.

Recipe for success? Well 2 words, : Quality and Productivity.
We've always believed in quality and have never compromised with the same and the results : INSANELY GREAT.

And that's our plan for this year as well. Better, bigger, YES to Quality and productive as always.

*The reason of sharing this on the CBT lists is inspiring other communities and encouraging them to follow the same recipe of Quality and Productivity and the outcomes will seriously be Insanely great, and Mozilla needs this. YES to Quality and NO to Quantity.

Looking forward to hear from you all. :)

Kind Regards,
Varun Kaushik

Hey San James.

Hope you're doing great.

Well we have formed some repositories for everyone.
Eg. When someone contributes anything or joins the community, he/she simply puts up the data into the central MCR repository.

It show the track of our progress/growth and is actually very great.

We have kept a track our every Mozillians from the local community and their contributions. It allows us to focus on the selected areas, to improve quality etc.

We also have monthly meet ups and events and we discuss everything there. We have weekly ha gouts to discuss about events, upcoming plans or issues if there are any.

And lastly, we have a great bonding and great cooperation which makes us focus and produce quality outcomes.

Kind Regards,
Varun Kaushik

Thanks a lot Brian, Sam (& others).

Very soon we are also coming up with SIGs for our local community. We are working on the format currently, we will share that with everyone once it gets a proper shape.

This format is basically for all Small-Medium-Communities, and we are implementing what all we have seen working (and what all not working) in such growing communities.

See you soon next time Brian, thanks for always being there to support us.

Regards,
Ram
