I think this would be better described as either a support forum

Or as a bug in Bugzilla. If you make a user account here,
https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/
And click "New" then there is a form to walk you through reporting the
bug. Basically, explain in words the steps you take that make the bug
happen. That might help someone else reproduce the bug. Include your
screenshots or whatever other information might be useful, such as what
version of Thunderbird you're using.
