"focus" and "blur" event behavior during filling form by FormAutofill feature

Hi Karl, Mike, Eric,

We had a brief discussion of "focus" and "blur" event behavior in Form Autofill module.

Bug 1395928[1] is for adding "focus" and "blur" events in Form Autofilling process since Macys.com validates each field in "blur" handler.

MattN filed an issue [2] to discuss how to dispatch the related events (blur, focus, change, etc) when a form is been filling by Form Autofill feature since the spec[3] does not define this specific behavior.

The current patch in Bug 1395928 is based on the similar behavior of Chrome [4]. [5] is a fixture to investigate the behavior between other browsers.
