I created a google doc which lists some of the items we need to get our heads around for the work week. It is targeted primarily at the sync engineering team, but I'm happy for it to expand into whatever makes sense.
At the moment it's really just a list of headings and bullet-points, but I hope it will serve as a starting point for things we want to get out of next week - obviously we aren't going to get everything *done* next week, but I'd like to think that we understand all these issues and have bugs on file for most of them.
