Forms Autofill (Address) and Forms Autofill Sync (Address ) - Sign off delay notice

Hi all,
As usual, this period of time right before merge date is the most busy
from the QA point of view, so against my optimistic estimate, we didn't
manage to get everything in place today in order to be able to send the
official Forms Autofill sign-off today. So, after consulting with Vance
and realizing that the delayed Sign-off for Forms Autofill will reach
Taipei a bit late on Monday(Romania is GMT+2) , we've decided a notice
would be helpful: - we're looking at a conditional sign-off to beta
(yellow) - please expect the full report on Monday.
