We think we've got these fixed (hopefully) in our deployment last Thursday.
Most of the discussion has been happening in dev-addons [1]. You can see
the drop in response time [2] and we've been monitoring since the
deployment.
I've reached out to a reviewers and some developers who've reported
problems to make sure what we see in graphs is matched by experience.
If you are still seeing problems, either contact me or file a bug [3].
