FX4 + FB/CB startup problem -- reposting

As requested by Jan Honza I move the two posting over to here.

Jan,
to make clear, with FX4 beta version I used FB/CB1.7.1b1 and upgraded to
FX4 standard with no change to the extension.
After that change, I can't start FX4 FB/CB anymore, not with 1.8, not
with 1.7.
I reinstalled the extensions (normally that doesn't help), going back to
low 1.7 seems not to work with FX4.

Any further help?

After changing the default browser to FX4 I have problems with startup
of FX +FB/CB.
NB: starting FX4 without -chromebug works normal, both extensions are
installed and shown in add-on manager (details C\ below).

Any help here?

Changed to FB/CB 1.8.0a1
which is a bit better, the CB window is coming up, but not the FX
itself. Also need to terminate via console.

Going back to:

But how about FX4?
