I think this one is much better than any recent version of Chromebug.

Can't see 1-06a4 in the http://getfirebug.com/releases/chromebug/
directory yet; looking forward to using it soon ...

Re: Chromebug 1.6a5... and FUEL removal

SeaMonkey has SMILE and Thunderbird has FUEL. not sure about why Fennec
lacks similar api.

SMILE and FUEL are similar named acronyms for the same API (where it
makes sense of course).

But thats not to say that doing things "your way" is not better, just
figured it would be good to mention.

Yes, I knew about that.

In this particular case removing FUEL was an improvement. I use FUEL in
the swarm work to access extensions information. That I don't plan to
remove.
