Upgrading from Thunderbird 32-bit to Thunderbird 64-bit

Hi,

I'm a long time Thunderbird user currently on version 78.9.1 (32-bit) running on Windows 7 Home Premium (64-bit).

I've noticed that a 64-bit version of Thunderbird is available and I was wondering if it's worth upgrading/updating to this and, if so, what's the best way to go about it with regards to the profile directory?
