pyweave server 1.0 update

Hi!

I've updated pyweave, the single-file Mozilla Weave server written in Python,
to support the 1.0 release. It's just a very minor change in the URL (0.5 ->
1.0), following Toby Elliott's recommendation.

The tarball for the latest tree can always be found at
