Looking at the deletes in the access log, it appears that they are all
of the form:

DELETE /0.5/beck.charle/storage/history/?older=1254429974.98

I think we can stop doing these. There's now code to clean out stuff
older than a month running on the server, and we can reserve client
deletes for account shutdown or id-based deletes. I would recommend
having some sort of flag (off by default) so that users running their
own servers can keep things clean. Or maybe that doesn't matter and
they're not likely to run into storage issues.

(It may be that we're not doing them any more and this is old-client
hits. I don't think that's the case, though).

Is the server-side cleanup specific to the history engine, or are we
cleaning out *all* records older than 30 days? I think I'd still want
all my bookmarks to stick around irrespective of how old they are.

Curious, are the logs showing no change for the number of DELETEs
since 0.7 released?
