HTML5 Offline Cache

FF 3.5 supports it, but it seems Prism doesn't, even if I use the
plugin from FF.

Any luck?

I'm guessing we would need to implement some additional code to get
the offline cache to work. Since I'm planning to move Prism to use
Firefox as its code base, this problem should go away.
