Toolbar, Menu object timeframe?

Are the toolbar or menu objects in any of the latest jetpack builds?

If not are they scheduled to be .... ?

This planning document still seems to be getting edit traffic ....

Menu's in 0.6, toolbar is next time, 0.7.
