JetPack Gallery Chopping Off Code

It seems to be killing my code after so many lines, when I click view
source there's only some of it displaying.

I think you've run into the sanitation problems that have been reported a few times. Jetpack gallery is being phased out, so I doubt that will ever see a fix. I recommend always using the file upload when you edit, and never the built in text editor.
