Hey!
I've been using this code in my own projects so I was wondering if you guys are interested in a pull request. The code is only useful to people who are trying to alter the chrome UI with a stylesheet from their data directory but if that's something the SDK team feels is worth supporting I can put it together in a branch and make a pull request.

I'm working on a unit test right now to ensure that the stylesheets are registered properly and removed on unload.
