Hi Steve,

Could you host your svg image somewhere so we could take a look? Even
better would be a minimal test-case that causes the error - or the
current add-on, but the svg alone might be enough...

As a completely random guess, a standalone SVG image is getting parsed
as an SVGDocument, which has different properties than a standalone
image or HTMLDocument?

I think you are right Wes, and that this is a bug.

As a work around for now you could open a html document that only displays the svg.
