jpm watchpost (yet another way to install jetpacks on androids)

Please try out the experimental `jpm watchpost` command, it landed in `jpm` not long ago, and I neglected to let everyone know about it.

This very nice but with this mode, console.log is outputted neither on the shell nor on the devtool. Is there a workaround ?
