Ideas and feedback for homepage redesign

Hi all,

We're looking to redesign the homepage for mozillians.org, and we're collecting ideas and inspiration. Earlier today some of the team met to write down our thoughts in this etherpad: https://mozillians.etherpad.mozilla.org/homepage-redesign

Please take a look to add your ideas this week. We're especially looking for inspiration from other sites. We'll have some initial sketches to share in the next few days and we'll iterate on those a few times before moving to code.
