Mozillians.org release 3/21/13

Greetings-

In preparation for a Mozillians.org feature release on 3/28 (documented here: https://wiki.mozilla.org/Mozillians/Releases/2013-03-28), we'll be pushing some code to production on 3/21. This push will include fixes for some security bugs, as well as the bugs listed here:

The list of bugs is dynamic; as release day approaches, bugs that have not been fixed and validated may be dropped from the release.

The new code will be deployed to the staging area over the next few days (see https://wiki.mozilla.org/Mozillians#URLS).
