Incomplete Submission of app - Glitch

FYI for Gary Johnson - Date Calculator, my submission did not
complete for some reason
If I manage my apps
1) https://apps-preview.mozilla.org/en-US/developers/app/date-calculator/status
This app is incomplete. Please complete your app.
If I go here
2) https://apps-preview.mozilla.org/en-US/developers/app/date-calculator/edit
click on App Url - View Listing
URL not Found

Deleting this is not a Big deal, but I thought you might want to look
at it before I resubmit.
I submitted the manifest for this app a couple of times before I
realized I had to do it utf-8, no bom.
After I successfully submitted the manifest, I thought I completed the
steps, however, I did not complete all the sections in the edit
listing. I was planning on coming back and finishing that

I have a few disabled apps. Having a button to delete them would be
nice
