"This field is required" on Step 3 submitting my app

Hi all,

I hope this is the right place to ask for it.
I was trying to build an app for our web tool. So I wrote a manifest, uploaded it to our server, went to apps-preview.mozilla.org and clicked on submit app. The manifest was validated but on step three I always get the error message "This field is required". However there is no editable field (see attached screenshot). I looked at the html and indeed there is one more input that is hidden in CSS and I gave it a value using Firebug but this did not help. The same problem appears on Firefox 8 and Chrome 16 (on Ubuntu 11.10). Any ideas what I could try? The manifest is pidoco.com/pidoco.webapp

Hello. I cannot reproduce this but I am using a Mac and don't
currently have a Linux machine to test with. I filed this bug to
