Hi,

I see there's a downloadable matplotlib for the python 2.4 version of
movable python, but there doesn't seem to be one for movpy-2.0.0-
py2.5.1.

Is matplotlib known to work with this? Is it just a matter of
untarring into movpy's lib directory?

Cheers,

CB.

I see now that there have been hardly any posts here for months. Am I
talking to an essentially dead ng?

Quiet - but not dead. :-)

I leave for a(nother) conference tomorrow and so haven't had time to reply.

To create the matplotlib distribution for Movable Python 2.4 I installed
all the necessary parts (*not* using eggs) and then copied the
directories into the 'lib' folder of Movable Python.

The same tactic should work for Movable Python 2.5.

All the best,

Thanks. Wasn't intending to nag, just checking that I wasn't talking
to myself.

Right. I'll give it a try. Thank you.
