A) Information about Human rights (what are human rights, international standards and application, research and publications, ..)
B) Methodology for human rights education and practicing: HRE techniques and tools, Rights-based approach, toolkits, etc
C) Human rights practices: Good practices, cases for teaching/research
D) Available resources for HR teaching and practices: funding, scholarship. courses, workshops, seminar, discussions, etc

Hàng năm Trung tâm Nhân quyền Na Uy đều dành học bổng cho hai sinh viên VN tham gia khóa cao học về Nhân quyền tại University of Oslo. Tiếc là năm nay có ít ứng viên, và cuối cùng không có ai được chọn cả.
