There are three very important factors you should consider when hiring
a moving company, especially long distance where your belongings are
completely at the mercy of that company and out of your control. You
should choose a company that is a member of the BBB (so they must deal
with any complaints); a company that is bonded (to protect the consumer
against employee theft); and a company that is fully insured and able
to offer the option of full replacement-value insurance (so that lost,
stolen or damaged items can be replaced in an efficient manner).
