i will add more i think of in future, in general any film on IMDB.com with a score of under 6.0/10 from 1000+ votes will be a load of shit, there are exceptions to that rule but 99.5% of the time use that as a guide to decide whether to waste your time watching a film. I tend to want a score of 7.0 + for me to feel confident a film wont be a total waste of my time to watch. There are of course exceptions to that rule but in general films with a score below 6.5 tend to suck. 

I cant stand Adam Sandler films they just are not funny , Eraserhead, Madonna films. 



127 Hours  (2010)  https://www.imdb.com/title/tt1542344/?ref_=nm_flmg_dr_10   this was based on a true story i read in a newspaper and that article was about 1 inch long at best, the film shows you cant stretch 1 incident into a film : a mountain biker gets his arm stuck between rocks and has to cut it off . I found the film very very boring. 



Alexander 2004 https://www.imdb.com/title/tt0346491/?ref_=nm_flmg_dr_13  imdb score 5.6 writer/Director Oliver Stone whose work i usually love :  Alexander (Colin Farrell), the King of Macedonia and one of the greatest army leaders in the history of warfare, conquers much of the known world. ( the dialogue in this was hard to follow and everyone i watched it with found it boring ) .

Battlefield Earth https://nypost.com/2010/03/28/i-penned-the-suckiest-movie-ever-sorry/  imdb score 2.5 !  It's the year 3000 A.D.; the Earth is lost to the alien race of Psychlos. Humanity is enslaved by these gold-thirsty tyrants, whom are unaware that their 'man-animals' are about to ignite the rebellion of a lifetime. ( watch it to see just how bad this is ) 



Battleship ( 2012 ) https://www.imdb.com/title/tt1440129/?ref_=nv_sr_2?ref_=nv_sr_2  imdb score 5.8 , all i recall is boardgames should never be turned into films and the singer Rihanna has no acting skills plus her accent is aweful to listen to. 



Birdman (2014) https://www.imdb.com/title/tt2562232/?ref_=nv_sr_1?ref_=nv_sr_1 imdb score 7.7 this is the sort of arsty phartsy crap i cant stand. 


Black Swan  ( 2010)  https://www.imdb.com/title/tt0947798/?ref_=fn_al_tt_3  A committed dancer struggles to maintain her sanity after winning the lead role in a production of Tchaikovsky's "Swan Lake".  this has an imdb score of 8.0 proving imdb scores cant be trusted ! , i recall stopping watching this shite within about 20-25 minutes of the start i cant watch shit like this. natalie portman walking and sees herself was about as far as i got to.

Liam Neesons latest "Cold Pursuit"  2019 https://www.imdb.com/title/tt5719748/?ref_=nm_flmg_act_8   just aweful violence, bad dialogue bad characters , really bad film, 



Dirty Grandpa (2016) https://www.imdb.com/title/tt1860213/?ref_=fn_al_tt_1  imdb score 5.9 , i hated it its very vulgar and not funny. Right before his wedding, an uptight guy is tricked into driving his grandfather, a lecherous former Army Lieutenant Colonel, to Florida for Spring Break.

Ghostbusters (  2016 )  https://www.imdb.com/title/tt1289401/?ref_=nv_sr_2?ref_=nv_sr_2  imdb score 5.2, Following a ghost invasion of Manhattan, paranormal enthusiasts Erin Gilbert and Abby Yates, nuclear engineer Jillian Holtzmann, and subway worker Patty Tolan band together to stop the otherworldly threat. (   horrifically bad , the original 1984 is brilliant but this remake has to be one of the worst films ive ever seen. ) who decided Melissa McCarthy is funny ? she isnt.

Sequels to The Matrix https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/The_Matrix_(franchise)   cant recall which film i saw in cinema but one had an extended slow motion dance scene like a crap pop music video & i knew this was just time filling for a bad script, plus the rest of the story began to make no sense so i ended up hating the matrix sequels, the original film as a scifi film is alright.

The Girl on the Train ( 2016)  https://www.imdb.com/title/tt3631112/?ref_=nv_sr_5?ref_=nv_sr_5   A divorcee becomes entangled in a missing persons investigation that promises to send shockwaves throughout her life.  i hated this film so much it gets an imdb score of 6.5 from 152,000 votes. all i recall of it is that its  about some mad woman who thinks she has seen something while going by on a train and it turns out she is just mentally ill it just hated it 






The life of David Gale  . https://www.imdb.com/title/tt0289992/?ref_=nm_flmg_act_44  imdb score 7.6 ,  A man against capital punishment is accused of murdering a fellow activist and is sent to death row.  , now the film isnt terrible but i hated it as actress kate Winslett who is british puts on the most annoying American accent ive ever heard ! its torture to listen to.
