What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. When you open the settings form, "pre" logic is not executed to populate
the check-box with teh current setting for folder album art
2.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The settings form should be populated with the contents of
preferences.properties so that setting are not over-written when "save"
button is pressed

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
OS: Vista. movie-browser: 0.81
