Could someone with hydro convert this .urdf to .dae

I'm trying to setup an ikfast moveit plugin for the Jaco hand. The conversion of .urdf to .dae doesn't really work well on Indigo , and I want to try and do this without installing Ubuntu 12.04.

I would be grateful if someone with hydro would be kind enough to convert this .urdf to .dae using:

rosrun collada_urdf urdf_to_collada standalone_arm.urdf standalone_arm.dae

Hello Filip,

I tried, it's attached but be warned of the many warnings/errors I had (at the end of this message you can see the log). The URDF looks good tho.

I would suggest that you download a VM with Ubuntu 12.04 and ROS Hydro premade: http://nootrix.com/2014/04/virtualized-ros-hydro/

(You'll need virtualbox https://www.virtualbox.org/wiki/Linux_Downloads )

And do it yourself to make sure everything goes well.

Thank you for your help. Truns out the conversion also requires other meshes so i've uploaded an archive containing all of them. So if someone has the time to do it again it would be awesome.

I've tried downloading the ros hydro virtualbox , but the torrent isn't seeded anymore.
