add padding to robot link for self collisions

Hi, all

This may FAQ, but where can I find the parameter to add padding for
robot self collision and robot-scene collision.

I found the way to add padding between sensor obstacle and robot
link[1], but could not find for self collisions.

Those parameters are hidden. Furthermore, there seems to a bug related to the extra padding for robot links.
