Gazebo World File to Rviz Moveit

Is it possible to use a gazebo world file in rviz moveit? I tried doing so but only the robot urdf shows up, the world file does not. If it is not possible, is there a simple way to use the objects in the world file as obstacles in moveit? Thanks!
