Welcome to the Movement Ecology Group. This is a discussion group about movement ecology and related topics. The aim of the group is to create a common background on modeling, analysis, and fieldwork methods and a general understanding on movement of organisms, as well as on its relation with ecological processes and interactions. Also, the group focus on rinsing relevant ecological questions and creating opportunities of collaboration among participants. All the discussions are conducted by in-person/remote meetings and by e-mail, through the Google Group mov_ecology@googlegroups.com .
