Maintenance Lacking

As I understand from my friends and neighbors in the Community (I have been out of town most of the past couple of weeks) the fountains at the Southwest end of the large pond are NOT WORKING, and have not been for at least two to three weeks. It appears as though something has gone wrong with the electrical. In addition, the fountain at the Northeast end of the pond (my end) has been very sporadically been working, mostly because of the large amounts of built of algae seem to be clogging it. Over the past couple of weekends (when I have been home) there doesn't seem to be much water at all pumping in from Pond D. Seems as though the well pump has been timed down to approximately two hours or so per day. This is NOT ENOUGH water to make sure the system works. Someone needs to check both of these items ASAP or we will have spent the money to get all of these fixed a few years back for naught. In addition, and as reported MONTHS AGO, the well pump which splits it's water between Ponds A and B is pumping a LOT OF WATER in to B, but very little (a small trickle) into A. this tells me that the piping between the well pump and Pond A has a clog in it somewhere. We need to have LMC get the company out here as I recall we have quite a long warrantee on the work which was done. Even if not under warrantee, I am certain they can roto-root out the pipes and make that water flow again. In addition, I noticed tonight that the lights on the multi-purpose court are STILL NOT WORKING!! How long does it take to get an electrician (a qualified one this time) to come out and fix the lights. We are getting to a point in the year where we REALLY REQUIRE those lights to ensue the safety of our residents who walk around the lake.

 

I would really appreciate some action on these matters.

I also noticed this when I drove back (through the back) from my trip.   It seems to me that we continue to have major water and electrical problems even though new piping has been put in, etc.

 

Need update.  When will these issues be fixed?
