Trash can in tennis court area (now basketball/soccer)

The permanent trash can at the basketball/soccer courts is rusted out.  The lid fell into the can and there is trash that has been in there for two months under the rusted out lid.  I heard that the Board was going to get another trash can that was easier to maintain.  I hope this is true.  I have been picking up recycled bottles that the youth leave at the courts for a couple of months.  The kids have been putting their recycled items in the bin I left  - off and on.  Why not give them a decent trash can?  If you treat people like animals, they will act like animals.
